Candlelit Christmas Restorative Yoga Workshop

Take some much needed rest from the busy-ness of the season and allow yourself to experience the deeply relaxing practice of Restorative Yoga, the healing energy of Reiki and the soothing properties of aromatherapy oils, all in a quiet, warm and cosy, candlelit space.
This 2 hour workshop is fully seated/lying down and cushions/props will gently hold you in Restorative Yoga poses while you receive Reiki energy and optional Aromatherapy massage of the temples and forehead.
We will begin with a relaxing candlelit meditation and close out this last session of the year with a calming tea.
Allow your body and mind to experience deep stillness and rejuvenation as you remain present in gratitude and a gentle easy release of 2024.
This purchase is for 1 workshop in Penwortham on the date specified.
Workshops are non-refundable unless cancelled by the organiser.
Workshops can be transferred to another person for the same date.
Workshops are not transferrable to any other class series/workshop, or other dates.
You will be required to fill in a consultation/waiver form upon arrival at your first class/workshop with Lisa.
Your own Yoga/Exercise mat is required, practice will not be permitted without a mat.
