Restorative Yoga with Reiki & Aromatherapy
Penwortham
Date: Monday 11th August 2025
Time: 6:30pm to 9pm
Location: Howick Park Ave. Penwortham PR1 0LS (at Galloway's)
Give your body and mind the opportunity to feel stillness, reset your nervous system, and renew your energy.
Allow yourself to experience the deeply relaxing practice of Restorative Yoga, the healing energy of Reiki and the soothing properties of aromatherapy oils in this 2 and a half hour session.
All poses in this session are either seated or lying down and cushions/props will gently hold you in Restorative Yoga poses while you receive Reiki energy and optional aromatherapy massage of the temples and forehead.
We will begin the practice with a relaxing candlelit meditation and close with a calming tea.
You don't need to bring anything for this, all props and mats will be provided!
No experience is necessary, Restorative Yoga is ideal for those with limited mobility or injuries, please contact me before booking if you're unsure if it would be ok for you.

Workshops can be transferred to another person for the same date.
