Please Bring a mat! Everything else is provided but you will need your own yoga/exercise mat.

This purchase is for yoga classes on the dates and time specified and at the stated location only.
Classes are non-refundable unless cancelled by the organiser.
Classes can be transferred to another person for the same dates at the same location.
Classes are not transferrable to any other class series/workshop, or other dates.
You will be required to fill in a consultation/waiver form upon arrival at your first class with Lisa.
Your own Yoga/Exercise mat is required, practice will not be permitted without a mat.
