- This purchase is for a yoga class series on the dates and time specified and at the stated location only.
- The classes are run as a weekly series, unattended classes do not carry over to a different series.
- Pay-per-class, or 'drop-in' payments are not an option, please do not ask as refusal may offend.
- Classes will not be refunded or credited unless the class is cancelled by the organiser.
- A full class series can be transferred to another person for the same dates at the same location.
- Classes are not shareable or transferrable to any other class series, workshop, or other dates.
- You will be required to fill in a consultation/waiver form upon arrival at your first class, participation will not be permitted unless the form has been completed and signed.
- Your own Yoga/Exercise mat is required, practice will not be permitted without a mat.
- Pre-Registration is essential.

About the Holistic Yoga Classes
These unique Holistic Yoga classes are slow paced and as gentle or as challenging as you want them to be.
While the basis of the sequences we practice each week will be classic Hatha Yoga, you will also get to experience other styles of Yoga as we bring in elements of Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, and Yin Yoga.
Classes may include some optional massage techniques to improve relaxation, optional aromatherapy oils to invigorate the senses, meditation, and breathing practices to mindfully be in the present moment.

Why Practice with Me?
I combine my yoga teaching, trauma sensitive training and more than 20 years of holistic therapist experience to bring you these unique classes that focus not only on asana (poses) but on you as a whole being. We will practice paying attention to breath, to the sensations in the body, to the thinking mind and the noise it creates. We will become aware of our whole selves, and we'll let that awareness lead us back to our breath, to the present moment - the only place where life exists. As is the case in all of my classes - there's no instruction, only invitation and teaching, this is your practice, so everything is optional! |
