Please bring a yoga mat and a pillow (a large pillow, not a cushion!), all other props will be provided. If you are travelling by public transport and cannot bring a mat and pillow please let me know and I'll bring some for you to use.

- Classes/events can be transferred to another adult for the same date(s) at the same location.
- Classes/events are not shareable or transferrable to any other class series, workshop, or other dates, missed sessions will not be refunded or credited.
- You will be required to fill in a consultation/waiver form upon arrival at your first class/event, participation will not be permitted unless the form has been completed and signed.
