Terms & Conditions of Purchase
- This purchase is for a yoga class series on the dates and time specified and at the stated location only.
- The classes are run as a weekly series, unattended classes do not carry over to a different series.
- Pay-per-class, or 'drop-in' payments are not an option.
- Please do not ask to transfer classes, to drop-in, or for a refund, as there are no exceptions to the policy and refusal of your request may offend.
- Classes will not be refunded or credited unless the class is cancelled by the organiser.
- A full class series can be transferred to another person for the same dates at the same location.
- Classes are not shareable or transferrable to any other class series, workshop, or other dates.
- You will be required to fill in a consultation/waiver form upon arrival at your first class, participation will not be permitted unless the form has been completed and signed.
- Your own Yoga/Exercise mat is required, practice will not be permitted without a mat.
- Pre-Registration is essential, there is no 'drop-in' option.
- If a duplicate payment is made i.e., you have signed-up twice in error, a £10 admin fee will be deducted from the refund to cover payment processor fees.
- It is your responsibility to ensure you do not have any illnesses/injuries/recent issues that may prevent you from practicing. If in doubt please contact me before signing up. Refunds will not be given if you have a condition/issue which prevents you from practicing, and you have not consulted with me or your medical team beforehand.
