Take time-out and immerse yourself in a soul-soothing retreat designed to gently guide you into the peace and balance of the season’s end.
The day will begin with meditation, followed by a gentle Hatha Yoga class to awaken, energize and bring harmony to breath and body.
Before breaking for a nourishing lunch, we'll explore the powerful properties of crystals and how they can support you in every-day life.
The afternoon will begin with an Aromatherapy workshop where you'll create your own bespoke essential oil blend, tailored to your personal needs. And finally, we'll sink into stillness with a Restorative Yoga session, perfect for melting away tension. 💫
The day will close with tea and an opportunity to intuitively choose an Angel Card for yourself, to gain insight and inspiration from uplifting messages to guide your path forward.
Set in a convenient peaceful location, this immersive retreat is a time to pause, reflect, and embrace renewal as summer winds down.
