I'm Lisa, an Integrative Mind-Body Therapist. I offer Wellness Sessions, Private Yoga Sessions, Public Yoga Classes, Retreats and Workshops in-person in Warton and in Penwortham, Lancashire, UK and worldwide Online.
Over the last couple of decades I’ve studied many therapies and modalities so I now combine my 20 + years of experience, skills, and knowledge into everything I offer.

I bring Holistic Therapy practices into your One-to-One Yoga session or Group Yoga Class, and I apply aspects of Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Breathing Techniques during your treatment, creating a unique and truly holistic experience for you.

Whatever your reason for visiting, when you enter my treatment room, yoga class, or workshop, it's all about you, it's your time. It's your time-out; to relax, to listen to your body, to notice your breath, to let go, to drift away, or to practice presence and experience life in each moment.
