I'm Lisa, an Integrative Holistic Therapist and Yoga Teacher. I offer Holistic Treatments, Private Yoga Sessions, Public Yoga Classes, Retreats and Workshops in-person in Warton and in Penwortham, Lancashire, UK and worldwide Online.​
Over the last couple of decades I’ve studied many therapies and modalities so I now combine my 20 + years of experience, skills, and knowledge into everything I offer.

On a personal note, I'm an animal lover, a hugger, dreamer, visualizer, meditator, a trauma informed practitioner, a mental health first aider, a Clinical Hypnotherapist in training, and a bereavement support volunteer for the national charity, 'Cruse'. But mostly, I'm a highly sensitive empathic soul who's determined to love life, even when it feels unrequited!
