Weekly Public Yoga Classes2 in-person Yoga classes a week in Penwortham, with new areas being added soon! Classes are slow paced and gentle-ish! They're suitable for beginners as lots of options are offered to suit how your body feels on the day. No flexibility or experience is required! Classes will always include some meditation and breathing practices and might also include optional massage and aromatherapy. Space is limited so registration is required. Online MembershipA 'pay what you want' monthly membership open to anyone anywhere in the world. Come practice with me from the comfort of your own home. With a mix of Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Nidra, Chair Yoga, Meditation etc. there's something for everyone! The schedule will change every month and classes will be recorded so you can benefit from the recording if you can't join the live class. Membership also includes access to an online library of classes. First month is free!

Why Practice Holistic Yoga with Lisa?I combine my yoga teaching, trauma sensitive training, more than 20 years of holistic therapist work, and my own life experiences to bring you these unique private sessions, public classes and workshops that focus on you as a whole being.
Regardless of what you've signed up for, we will always practise paying attention - to breath, to the sensations in the body, to the thinking mind and the noise it creates. We will become aware of our whole selves, and we'll let that awareness lead us back to our breath, and in turn, our breath leads us to the present moment - the only place where life exists. As is the case in everything I offer - there's no instruction, there is only invitation and teaching, this is your practice, so everything is optional!
