Each week we will practice Hatha Yoga, breaking yoga poses down so that you have options to modify to suit your ability and how your body is feeling on the day.
Each class will build upon the last, so by the end of the 6 week series you will have learned the full sequence of a slow flow.
These unique Holistic Yoga classes are slow paced and gentle. No experience or flexibility required!
Classes may include some optional massage techniques to improve relaxation, aromatherapy oils to invigorate the senses, meditation, and breathing practices to mindfully be in the present moment.
