Why try Private Holistic Yoga with me?Being trained in many modalities means I can offer more than just Yoga. During a private session I combine different styles of Yoga, trauma sensitive training, more than 20 years of holistic therapist work, and my own life experiences to bring you unique private sessions that focus on you as a whole being.
With your needs/goals/issues in mind, we can include aspects of Reflexology, Massage, Aromatherapy, Meditation, Mindfulness, and Breathing Practices. We'll pay attention to breath, bring awareness to the present moment, and create an experience of deep relaxation.
As is the case in everything I offer - there's no instruction, there is only invitation and teaching, this is your practice, so everything is optional and we can modify everything to suit what you need on the day.
