Holistic Yoga Classes

& Meditation Sessions Online

Having lived in 4 different countries across 3 continents it's important to me to maintain connections with those I've met on my journey, and also to build new connections with those of you who enjoy Yoga from your own home. So, you can now be part of our Holistic Yoga Community from wherever you are in the world.
The online offerings are a complete mixed-bag!
​It might be a Hatha, Yin, Restorative, or Chair Yoga class (or a mix of all of them!), or it might be a Meditation session. Embrace the unknown and trust that you'll receive whatever you need on the day. All will be beginner friendly, and as with all of my classes - everything is optional!

All classes are FREE in April.

Classes are recorded, which means you can still participate even if the live class doesn't suit your time zone (please contact me if you would like the link to the recording)​

Other info for the online classes:

  • It's very much appreciated if you have your camera on during the class as it helps us all feel connected, allows me to check that what I'm saying is being heard, and it's a bit disheartening teaching to a black space so it makes for a better class when cameras are on.
  • You don’t need to register with Zoom to do the class.
  • You can use any device that can access the internet: phone, tablet, computer, smart tv etc.
  • You don’t need any fancy equipment: no camera or microphone required.
  • You don’t need a lot of space, just enough room to roll out a mat.
  • You have more “props” around the house than you might think!... a dog lead or long scarf works great as a strap, a hard backed book can be used instead of blocks, and pillows will do the job of bolster cushions!
