The benefits of pure essential oils are endless.  They can sedate or invigorate any system in the body as well as have a natural anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect on the muscular system.  The properties of the oils have different psychological and physiological effects on our body systems. They influence our mood, aim to alleviate fatigue, help us de-stress and allow the body and mind to return to balance.
Aromatherapy Holistic Massage ​is a deeply relaxing treatment combining various techniques to help ease physical and emotional stress and tension.  The aim is to relax taut muscles, aid lymphatic drainage, release toxins and restore balance to body and mind, through therapeutic touch. Massage treatments can help reduce stress and increase energy levels, as there is less energy spent holding the body in a state of tension and strain.
At the beginning of your session we work together to choose the oils you need and create the perfect blend for you. After your massage, the remainder of the blend is yours to take home! Add it to a bath, an oil burner or use to moisturize and care for your skin. ​❤​
