Aromatherapy Holistic Massage is a deeply relaxing treatment combining various techniques to help ease physical and emotional stress and tension.
The aim is to relax taut muscles, aid lymphatic drainage, release toxins and restore balance to body and mind, through therapeutic touch. Massage treatments can help reduce stress and increase energy levels, as there is less energy spent holding the body in a state of tension and strain.
At the beginning of your session we work together to choose the oils you need and create the perfect blend for you. After your massage, the remainder of the blend is yours to take home! You can add it to a bath, an oil burner or use to moisturize and care for your skin. ❤
