Hello and Welcome to LC Holistics!

​I'm Lisa, a Holistic Therapist, Beauty Therapist, and Yoga Teacher from Ireland, now offering a variety of holistic treatments, yoga classes, and workshops in Lancashire! ​
Over the last couple of decades I’ve studied many therapies and modalities; I’ve been a qualified holistic therapist since 2003 and a qualified yoga teacher since 2019. So, I now combine my 20 + years of experience, skills, and knowledge into everything I offer, this means my sessions are a bit more unique than average run-of-the-mill treatments and classes! I bring holistic therapy practices into our yoga sessions, and I bring aspects of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and breathing techniques into our treatments to create a truly holistic experience for you. 
My own life experiences have led me to work mostly in the areas of anxiety, stress, grief and loss, addiction, depression, chronic pain conditions, 'invisible' illnesses, insomnia, trauma, nervous system regulation, and self-care. However, my sessions are also suitable for those just wishing to relax, rebalance, treat themselves, ease aches and pains, re-energize, and look after themselves; there doesn't have to be a specific issue going on for you to benefit from a treatment or a class. 
Whatever your reason for visiting, when you enter my treatment room, yoga class, or workshop, it's all about you, it's your time. It's your time-out; to relax, to listen to your body, to notice your breath, to let go, to drift away, or to practice presence and experience life in each moment.​
A session with me gives you time. Time to just 'be' as you are, time where you don't have to 'do' anything. Whatever your mind, body and soul need, all you have to do is be there, all you have to do is breathe, let me take care of the 'rest'.​ 😊

Treatments are one-to-one and currently available at 2 locations:
Yoga Classes/Workshops: 
  • 6 Week Series of public Holistic Yoga classes in Penwortham and Lytham (pre-registration required).
  • Monthly Membership for online live classes and recordings (sliding scale for payments)
  • Drop-in Online Yoga classes via Zoom
  • Bespoke Private one-to-one Yoga sessions*
  • Bespoke Private Yoga sessions for Couples*
  • Unique classes created for your small private group of people/a specific occasion e.g. family, friends, retreats, girls weekend, weekend away, pre-wedding parties etc.*​
*Private one-to-one, couple, or small group sessions can take place at one of my locations or yours. I'm happy to travel to you depending on the location.
On a personal note, I'm an animal lover, a hugger, dreamer, visualizer, meditator, a trauma informed practitioner, a mental health first aider, a counselling student, and a bereavement support volunteer for a national charity. But mostly, I'm a highly sensitive empathic soul who's determined to love life, even when it feels unrequited!
